Are You Ready To Finally Achieve Some of the Goals That You Have Been Thinking About For Years? 


Well Here Are A Few Tips That Have Helped Me Along The Way. 


1.What is your motivation? You have to find the things that motivate you to continue doing certain things. Some things that motivate me are having things in front of me that inspire me.


Sometimes it is pictures of family or pictures of where I would like to travel to next. If you can keep yourself inspired, you can do ANYTHING.


Think of a time that you were able to complete something, what motivated you then? Can the same thing motivate you now? 


2. Write your vision and goals? It is important to keep your goals in front of you. Write out goals in smaller steps and be sure to write out MEASURABLE goals. 


For instance goals like: I will post to my BLOG twice a week. I will work out five days a week.

By writing out goals that you can actually accomplish by yourself, you will have a better chance of completing them sooner and it is a great way to stay motivated. 


3. Find Accountability Partners


Studies have shown that if you have an accountability partner or a form of masterminding group, you are more likely to stay on track with your goals.


Tell someone what you are trying to accomplish and you are more likely to go through with achieving the goal. 



Make it FUN! Don't just celebrate after you have reached the BIG GOAL. Have mini-celebrations along the way. Write down the small goals that you achieve in a notebook. I have one and it has changed the way I view everything.
